Founded in 1960 by our grandfather, our journey began in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with the manufacturing of sizing combs and dobby loom spare parts. Our company, originally Bharat Machinery Works, became known for its "BI" mark, a trusted name in the industry.

In 1976, our father expanded operations to Rajkot, Gujarat, establishing Bhagwati Industries. With continuous growth, we launched Bhagwati Engineering in Ahmedabad in 2004.
